Hi, I’m Ashley – as a mom of four, I’ve been where you are—and I’m here to help you get to the other side of sleepless nights

With a calm, client-led approach, I offer one-on-one support and personalized sleep plans tailored to the unique needs of your child and your family. I work with newborns through children up to age 6, helping build healthy sleep habits that support both naps and nighttime rest—bringing peace and rejuvenation to your whole household.

My journey into sleep consulting began in 2011 when I became a mom for the first time. As a new mom and an aspiring entrepreneur, I quickly realized that consistent, quality sleep was essential—not just for my baby’s well-being, but for my ability to show up as a present mom and build the business I dreamed of.
I was scared to try sleep training at first. I’d heard the negative stories and worried it might be too harsh or harm my bond with my baby. But once I learned that sleep strategies can be gentle, responsive, and tailored to each child, everything changed. It gave our family the rest we needed—and now I help other parents find that same peace, without the guilt.
I experienced firsthand how transformative the right sleep strategies could be. My son went from short naps and frequent night wakings to a predictable routine and full nights of rest. It truly changed our lives—and I knew I wanted to help other families find the same relief.

I started mentoring fellow mom entrepreneurs who were struggling with the same challenges, and eventually decided to become certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. The course, created by a registered nurse, is rooted in evidence-based strategies from the top experts in pediatric sleep—and it gave me the tools to support families in making real, lasting change.

Today, I help parents experience breakthroughs in as little as 7 days. My four boys all have their own unique sleep personalities and I understand how different each child can be. I love a good challenge and can’t wait to help you get to the other side… where restful nights and brighter days are waiting for you.

My Approach
